The environment
We have long experience of dealing with the impact our projects have on the environment and on the immediate surroundings, and we also help our clients fulfil their roles as responsible citizens. This also means that we impose strict demands on ourselves.

Farveo has ISO 14001 environmental certification. Several of our Norwegian offices also have Miljøfyrtårn certification. Miljøfyrtårn is a Norwegian environmental certification foundation that exists primarily for small and medium-sized companies. We work actively to reduce our environmental impact. One measure we have taken is to introduce videoconferencing equipment in all offices as part of our efforts to minimise travel.

Ethics and morality
Ethics is the science of common values and how we should relate to each other to create the community we wish to be part of. Morality is reflected in what we actually do.

Our ethical values are reflected by our actions. At Faveo, we are endeavouring to achieve a culture of openness, in which we can discuss the ethically challenging situations we face, and in this way develop positive attitudes and a sound code of conduct. This includes the courage to react to and take up ethical matters in response to the actions of colleagues and partners.

Faveo has a policy of zero tolerance with respect to corruption, money-laundering and other types of economic crime. Our reputation is dependent on our personnel acting in a manner that we can condone and which bears scrutiny. As a result, we have developed a set of values and ethical guidelines to assist us in making good decisions and choosing the right course of action when facing everyday challenges.
