Environmental services
Taking responsibility for the external environment is a natural ambition in most organisations. In many of today’s major construction, infrastructure and energy projects, environmental issues are often of decisive importance for the outcome. We offer the following services in the environmental area:
Environmental coordination
As an environmental administrator on major projects, we are the client’s representative for the Management of environmental matters. This role normally includes the handling of permit issues, contact with authorities and environmental engineering.
Environmental Management systems
We help companies and organisations to develop environmental management systems in compliance with ISO 14001. These systems are often integrated with management systems for, among other areas, quality and work environment.
Contamination of the ground, water and sediment
We help local authorities and industries deal with the polluted areas that remain in the wake of industrial development. Our environmental engineering project managers and specialists take on responsibility for the whole process – from feasibility study to the implementation of decontamination measures. For further information, contact Johan Nordbäck, tel: +46 (0)70-191 68 20.
Waste and disposal sites
We help waste disposal companies and the owners of refuse disposal sites to draw up waste plans and to optimise their refuse disposal planning. We have specialists in leachate treatment, disposal technology, recycling and residual products. Our environmental engineering project managers and specialists take responsibility for the entire process from investigation, design and procurement to the management of implementation.
Environmental Due Diligence
Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) is a term that is used above all in connection with real estate transfers and corporate acquisitions. Our environmental specialists offer EDD with a focus on clarifying the costs of environmental risks on the part of both the buyer and the seller.
Environmental auditing of properties
Environmental audits are becoming increasingly common in the property sector, since environmental factors now have a greater impact on the value of a building than in the past. Environmental auditing provides answers to whether or not a property contains environmentally hazardous substances and is, for example, a basic requirement for the granting of a demolition permit.
We are of course environmentally certified in accordance with ISO 14001.
