Quality Management
The main purpose of project Quality Management is to make sure that the project fulfils the needs and the motives for which it was initiated.
In our work on Quality Management, we focus on quality with respect to both the performance of Project Management as well as the product that the project delivers. One important aspect of this work is the systematic handling of all the requirements that the project stakeholders have specified, both for the project itself as well as for the required product. These requirements are followed up and verified on a continuous basis throughout the lifetime of the project, often in line with the so-called V-model that we apply in many of our projects.
On a more general level in a project organisation, Quality Management is more a question of making sure that we focus on the right things, and that the right projects are prioritised in the project portfolio.
Quality Management systems
We help project teams and organisations to develop Quality Management systems to improve their operational management.
Audits
As an independent party, we perform quality audits of both projects and organisations.
