Risk Management
Effective Risk Management is one of the most important factors for successful project implementation.
If Risk Management is performed in the right way, both threats and opportunities are dealt with, which in turn increases the chances of achieving the project goals. Many of our clients appoint us as a risk coordinator in their projects. In this role, our principal task is to systematically deal with all the threats and opportunities that could have an impact on the project goals. We also help to make sure that the project suppliers conduct Risk Management in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Risk analysis
We help projects and organisations to identify, analyse and assess risks. Our task normally incorporates the analysis of project risks, operational reliability analysis, technical system safety analysis (LCC, FMEA, RAMS, etc.), analysing the impact on the surroundings (LSO) and robustness analysis. We also lead the work carried out on developing special risk and safety analyses for the nuclear power industry, referred to as PSA analyses.
Project insurance
Project insurance is an increasingly common way of dealing with risks that rarely occur but which, when they do, can lead to serious consequences. By transferring these risks to the insurance market, it is possible to significantly reduce the vulnerability of the project. Our specialists in Risk Management advise the client on suitable insurance solutions and then administer them in the project.
