Without careful planning, we risk having to spend valuable time and effort on rectifying faults and shortfalls in the final stages of the project, which almost always requires far more time than the planning work. 

We support our clients in their planning work and are frequently involved as planners in their projects. Our consultants have a good command over all the planning processes in a project, with specialist competence in, among other aspects, time, cost, risk and quality. We have a sound knowledge of the various planning tools and methods that are available on the market.

Earned Value Management

In a number of projects we apply the method known as Earned Value Management (EVM) in our planning work, with respect both to time and costs. The method provides a continuously up-to-date indication of the project status in relation to the budget and time schedule, and is an excellent tool in forecasting both final costs and completion times.
