Readiness Review
We conduct so-called Readiness Reviews of projects and operations that have reached a critical stage or are on the threshold of important choices and strategic decisions.
Readiness review is a powerful tool for the management of an organisation to have full insight into the actual situation at a critical stage of a project. We base its implementation on ISO 9004, Self Analysis – A Method for Readiness Review. In the case of projects in the nuclear power industry, we also base our work on the following additional standards and frameworks.
Sample areas of focus:
- Threats, risks and proposals for measures

- Work environment
- Availability of resources
